  • Assisting in the selection and contracting of planning consultants.
  • Providing advice, economic input during the planning process.
  • Assisting in contractor selection for tendering.
  • Preparing necessary documents for the tender process.
  • Assisting in selecting the winning contractor based on technical evaluation and bid value.
  • Preparing contract documents for the owner and winning contractor.

Construction Phase

  • Assigning professional personnel to the project.
  • Monitoring and coordinating the progress and quality of contractor and subcontractor work through scheduled meetings and follow-ups.
  • Reviewing monthly progress evaluations from the contractor.
  • Reviewing and ensuring proper execution of safety plans.
  • Conducting contract scope control and providing input to the client if there are changes to the contract scope during construction.
  • Providing advice to the client regarding billing claims during the construction phase.

posT-construction Phase

  • Coordinating the finalization of As-Built drawings.
  • Coordinating the finalization of Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
  • Coordinating user training if necessary.
  • Ensuring all defect lists are resolved.
  • Ensuring all testing and commissioning procedures are completed.
  • Ensuring all project-related documents are handed over to the client.
  • Coordinating the client and consultant's acceptance inspection.
  • Assisting the client in issuing the acceptance certificate.
  • Coordinating the final inspection by the client and consultant at the end of the Defect Liability Period.
